These HEAVY-DUTY tanks are used in carpet cleaning trucks for the dispensation and recovery of your carpet cleaning solutions. If you want the finest American made tank for years of reliability, these tanks, made under our roof in Painesville Twp., Ohio are the best choice.
These tanks will NEVER rust, keeping your pump and plumbing free of damaging rust and scale. With an exterior made of heavy-gauge polypropylene, these hand built tanks are rugged enough for the job and allow you to see the liquid level at a glance from any angle. Most have an internal baffle and support system (varies by size), a 2" FNPT outlet, 2" FNPT vent, and an 11" watertight screw-down cover that allows easy access for inspection, cleaning, fill, and the installation of additional fittings. You may also add additional connections using our plastic tank fittings and plastic valves. For additional cost we can weld additional fittings. We can also manufacture custom size tanks to your specifications so you get EXACTLY what you need.
Be nice to your tank: Secure and mount with suitable straps (not included). Never allow contents to freeze. Do not pressurize or subject to vacuum. Tank MUST be vented. All connections MUST have a flexible coupling from the tank fitting to isolate from vibration and stress.
